Poor quality

Bought a walkmate t bar black school shoe in april this year 😥the shoe is already torn and useless. Its bearly a full 6months atleast for a store that stands for good quality. Sent an email they require an old dispatch note (how was i to know they selling me poor quality and keep the note)

Online department cnt help as i no long have the note even though i have my order confirmation

Told to go to a store :where they still not sure if il get an exchange done So im still to waste my money.
