Poor quality

I purchased carb clever ice cream a pack of 4.when I opened one of the tubs of vanilla the ice cream was half empty, I contacted customer service and sent through the pictures. It took woolworths a month to get back to me, just to say it was a break in the cold chain (I put the stuff directly into the freezer when delivered). It took woolies another month of me contacting them for them to offer me a gift card. I explained I no longer have the number that they wanted to send the gift card to and asked to have the gift card sent to my new number. It's been almost 2 months and still I have no response from them. I asked for my case to be escalated to a supervisor and still they do not reply or acknowledge my emails. I am so disappointed in the quality of the product and the shocking lack of care from customer service.
