Poor Quality

How long does woolworths take to respond to a complaint on their website as i have logged one 24 hours ago and have not had a response. I bought a pants on Saturday, when i wore the pants to work the Tuesday, the top button fell off and the zipper splits open everytime. Very embarrassing if this happens to you in a office of over 180 people
