POOR QUALITY

I bought school shoes online the 14th of June 2024 but they are already damaged, when I went to the store to try and return them they told me they can't assist me because 3 months has passed already. But my son did not even wear them for 3 months because the schools closed in June and opened In July and before the schools closed in September they were already damaged! This is totally wrong!
