Poor Quality

I bought a hand bag from woolworths last november Studio W and I only used that bag for a month and it was damaged. I didn't do anything about it thinking maybe it was me. I paid R600 for that hand bag. This year in October I bought flip flops which cost me R300 and now those shoes are damaged. I always thought woolworths sell good quality and I'm dissapointed to find out that it's not the case
