Poor quality

On the 19rh August in the afternoon I purchased soups at the Woolworths Engen branch. After warming up the chicken brocolli soup and eating a few bites, I discovered to my disgust a fatty blob in it. I felt ill afterwards and wrote to woolworths to see if they could collect the contents (to inspect and analyze) to which I only received a mail to let me know they've sent my email to the revelant department but nothing else. I'm terribly disappointed at the quality of this woolworths product and the slow response to sort my query.
