Poor quality

I purchased the 2 pack David Jones shirts for the past 3 years. I have pack's of them purchased last year and just opened to find that on majority of them that the one sleeve is smaller around the arm than the other. The branch apologised and that was it. I purchased socks as well and it has holes in one pair. No receipt so I threw it away.
