Poor Quality

Dear Peter<br> <br> Please note that i have bought a pair of shoes from Wollies in Gateway Mall and they got torn within a hour of wearing them, and i took them back and the customer service guys refused to exhange them for me. I think it is a very bad service to a customer that is so loyal to the store. After this bad service i dont think i will ever shop at wollies.<br> <br> Regards,<br> Pat
