Poor quality

I just do not understand why the quality of this store never matches the quality of other stores. There's just always something wrong. After a long day I've had at work I stopped by and bought a Tiramisu cake. I had supper later on and cut a slice for myself to enjoy and the cake is stale. You can even just feel when cutting it that it is just not fresh. Only had a slice of this stale cake, please advice on what I must do with this thing? I've just literally threw my R140 in the bin
