Poor Product Quality and Service

Bought stale crisp at Woolworths, Greenacres, on 4 Oct. I brought this to their attention via Twitter and they said they would investigate. Up until now they are still investigating. No feedback, no accountability. How long does it take to investigate this minor issue? They pride themselves in providing quality products and goods, but I was sold stale crisps. Disappointing!
