POOR POOR SERVICE

<p>I, WIlma van den Berg, paid this account with reference ********** ********** 52 in full in 2011 and is STILL waiting for a paid up letter. This is absolutely ridiculous. For the past few days I was promised this letter by PHILOMON who came with a sob story that the company who has dealt with it is no longer in existance - I do nto care - all I want is my paid up letter and before this week or I will take this matter further.</p>
