Poor poor quality

A few days ago I bought a swim suit for my little girl, it was the unicorn with pink hearts rash set. I'm absolutely 💯 livid and shocked at the poor quality of this set. We went on holiday from 6-9 December and the first hour my kids were in the pool the rash set was bleak and the color washed out. My eldest daughter, myself and my husbands swimwear was bought at Mr price sport last year September and it was still perfect. I'm at a loss for words knowing that my daughters swimwear was more expensive than all of our rash vests ??????????? How is this even possible! I always by at woolies because I'm a quality over quantity type of person especially when it comes to my kids.but this is unacceptable. I emailed customer service and im still getting nothing! 2years ago I bought a bag on black Friday, I had it 3months and it broke, I didn't even go back with the bag because I felt so let down by the poor quality of a store that claims to be the "difference ".

I just need my money back so I can by my kid something else or I need this suit replaced!
