poor poor customer service

I went to make an enquiry at the customer 'service' counter, which would entail that the lady working there would have to phone their head office. With a rolling of the eyes and a no care attitude she told me she couldn't help me. If you dont want to help people madam go look for another job someplace else. It was 16h30 so she was probably in chaila mode already. Really pathetic service. This was at the Mall branch. I'll never go there again.
