POOR PLANNING AT HIGHER LEVEL

I have been to your woolworths 3 times now in Windermere Centre and on all 3 occassions there was no milk(full cream long life-Blue box) i called in and im told there is supplier issues how can this be possible on a daily essential...This is poor planning at higher lever... i have already wasted petrol on 3 trips,made calls and today i walk in and still no stock...WHATS GOING ON WOOLWORTHS
