POOR PATHETIC SERVICE WOOLWORTHS CRESTA AND ROCK COTTAGE. DISGUSTED

Poor service from Woolworths, love the brand and stores but the service levels are beyond poor, from management to staff, Cresta Woolworths, terrible service, we were buying a rainbow cake, the pricing was scanning incorrectly and the description was caramel cake, the manager was clueless and the staff member went downstairs making us wait for over 15 minutes, we walked out the store and the manager didn't care less to apologize or stop us. MANAGER NAME MOKETE, cold and blunt, cannot even smile an treat customers accordingly. we then drove to Woolworths rock cottage west rand, same issue, clueless and that manager the same behavior, speaking in her own language to staff, thats pathetic, the ques actually built up to a frustration level. however still no solution, we paid the incorrect price, it was an inconvenience, we always shop at woolworths but after the pathetic service received i wouldn't go back to the store. its disappointing and poor service for such a large branded store. Customer service is key and needs to be questioned and tested to experience what we as customers go through.
