POOR online shopping experience

<p>I had sent a package to my sister at her work with a few condolence items following the unfortunate passing of her loved one. I selected "your" expert shoppers can substitute a product for me and instead of a pot of daffodil flowers they sent my sister a huge pack of TOILET rolls. The items never came in a box like the online platform had said and she had to quickly find a box for the 5 items I had ordered for her including the Toilet Rolls. I feel this was not a very professional shopping swop. I was very disappointed and expected more from Woolworths. </p>
