Poor online shopping and deliver experience

Very poor online shopping and delivery experience.

We ordered items to be delivered on 15 July, we received half of our delivery with another customers invoice, when querying this with the driver he just said they made a mistake, took the I invoice and drove off.

I have now sent multiple emails to your customer care, as well as phone calls any only received empty promises as to when my missing items will be delivered.
