Poor online service

I’ve placed an online order for delivery with Woolworths, I have since not gotten any response, I understand that this is an unprecedented time, but no one is gerri g back to me. I’ve called their call center multiple times, emailed numerous times and no answer can I at least get feedback on my purchase or get a refund!!!
