POOR ONLINE DELIVERY SERVICE

I placed an online order for winter clothing on the 6th of April. WHY is ww not responding to my queries AND why has ww not contacted me on delivery yet. This is realy, really pathetic. The WORST service i have ever received from ww. Mr Price online delivers better service. Seriously ww, you are not doing yourself any favours, poor communication on top of a site that needs real work.
