Poor customer service- Woolworths online

After contacting the call centre numerous times during the period of 4 months l, having to wasting airtime and my time the issue of my blocked online account still hasnt been resolved. No one is assisting the customer efficiently or providing feedback or resolution. Dont open a woolworths account, their customer service is beyond poor.
