Poor Customer Service Woolworths Loan

I have sent 6 emails over a period of one month to which i have had no response this is with regards to a Woolworths Loan and Covid 19 Payment holiday as i have been retrenched ,i have even visited the Gateway Branch and complained to a lady by the name Farida who promised to help me to no avail .
