Poor Customer Service on Fitting Room

Worst service ever experienced at Woolworths Mall of Africa.

Fitting Room service by a consultant named Mapula- the lady she is too bitter for business.

My wife and the little daughter picked up few clothes for the 4 year old daughter and few for her - since down floor/ food floor is packed we decided to go upstairs to fit and pay. The lady and the fitting Room denied us permission to allow my wife and daughter to fit clothing together.
