Poor customer service

I'm so frustrated by the service I received from the customer service today, so I called in to enquire about my balance since I haven't been receiving monthly statements on my account. To my suprise I was told my account was handed over I asked how is that possible because no one has called me regarding my account. To make matters worse the young lady had the nerve to hang up the call when I was asking her revelant questions like who do I speak to seeing that the account is now handed over?
