Poor customer service

On the 6.12. I went to woolworths kzn. Hayfields brach in pmb.. Purchases a few items and one of these was blueberries tubs..

I live a distance away from the store and rely on public transport.. So the berries were moldy. I took pictures of this as well as proof of purchased and emailed woolworths customer care as well as woolworths now now service.

To date no reply.. Response or an apology
