Poor Customer Service

I bought a cellphone online on the 3rd of August and I'm still waiting for the processes to be completed!!!!

The Tuesday of the 6th I sent out a follow up email to inquire about the process and how long it would take to receive the device. I was told the process would take 3 days but that was not the case....

And I even highlighted if they cannot deliver within the week it's as good as a cancellation!!! Their automatic response informed that an would call me that didn't happen. I received an email after 4 days telling me the order was cancelled and refund would be done but I'm still waiting even today for.my refund!!!!
