Poor customer service! Cancel my order please and refund me.

can somebody please get back to me regarding my order o*** The call centre doesn't answer or it says it is closed when it is in business hours. Facebook agents cant help, your email service doesn't respond. I spent a lot of money with you and delivery has a ridiculous turn around time which defeats the point of ordering online during lock down. Please refund my money and cancel the order!
