Poor Customer Service

Hi. So I do my groceries at Woolworths right and one thing I love about shopping there is the amazing customer service. There is a Woolworths close to where I live, like 300 m so obviously this is convenient but guess what, I go all the way to the mall 7km away only because of their service, at Capricon Shopping Centre in Muizenberg, is not that great. Don't get me wrong it's okay but it's not the best like other stores I usually go to. A bit disappointing for me.
