Poor customer service
Very disappointed in Woolworths as I bought my son school shoes by them with i do every year about 2 times a year. In January I bought him a pair of school shoes and I knew at first it does hurt as it needs to stretch and I bouth it a size bigger then his feet. After a few days he was still coming and said there is something in his shoes at the back that hurting him. He even had a blister. I then checked in the shoe and found that the form work inside the shoe had a part by his heel that was stitched incorrectly and caused a bend causing it to hurt him. I even informed customer care and advise them that I hardly go to the shops and I normally try and do online shopping for my convenience and that I have wasted so much on just covering the back of his foot so it doesn't hurt. I do not have a backup pair of shoes for him and his school does not allow for takkies. I refuse to go back in as how am I at fault and why do I need to go back to the store to change it as I explained I hardly go to the store. I shop at woolies alot due to their quality in products I even had a gold credit card before and yet this is the service provide. I am not happy. I also advised them that we found a pin in one of his sweaters that they had to take off in-store for the keeper not to go off at the door yet when he fitted on the sweater it *****ed him. I told my husband these things happened but when the school shoes became a issue and customer care didn't care a bit I was disappointed in the quality of woolies services. Once again I am not happy at all. As on the day with the pin incidents I properly spend over R6000 at the store and this is the quality service provided. I love woolies and all becos of the quality of products but I am not happy about the service provided.
