Poor Customer service at Woolworths Quagga shopping center

Today 2026-09-13 Sunday at about 15:40 I want to Woolworths Quagga shopping center to buy shoes and rompers. Rompers were on special if you buy two. Little did we knew that the special only applies if you have a club card. So when the cashier informed me I quickly downloaded the app which I already had the logging credentials. But the cashier was so impatient with us and she even said "they short R13.00" because we wanted to buy for not more than R500. That was not the case. In this economy we dont just spend recklessly We consider sales/specials. We ended up not buying with special cause we felt like we had to hurry. Yes it was already 16:00. We exited the store @16:13. So impatient and not friendly. Almost everyone was standing near us for us to finish.
