POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE @WOOLWORTHS LAKESIDE MALL - PATHETIC ACTUALLY!!

Good customer service these days simply does not exist... AT ALL! I received an email stating that I can collect my Woolworths account card at ANY Woolworths near me as it has been approved etc. I drove all the way to Woolworths Lakeside mall (an hour there and back) stood in a que for a while AND then the lady just picked her shoulders up and said " ah sorry here is no one to help you, the staff that can help is off" BOTH if them... and NO ONE else in that entire department could help or knew what to do. Pathetic! Something as simple as giving a card to a client. I drove ALL the way for absolutely nothing. I am so disappointed with how staff treat clients, very unhappy!!!! What a waste of time.
