Poor customer service and incompetence from finance department of Woolworths

I have recently opened a Woolworths store account which I am truly grateful for however I am very disappointed with their customer services and finance department. Firstly, I had requested my store card to be delivered to home address which never happened. After sending several emails to their queries department I kept getting the same response which was an excel spreadsheet of the list of stores I could collect my card from. The agents assisting me every time clearly did not understand that I wanted my card delivered to my home and even after finally deciding to collect at a store, I was given stores not close to me. Eventually I went to my store and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Rowan who was so helpful and called head office to arrange for my card to be delivered to them. My main anger and frustration is not the card but incompetence in finance department which has negatively impacted my credit score decreasing by 19 points because of their negligence. I received my first statement and paid more than what my monthly instalment was and even before the due date. I then made some purchases according to what my available balance was. Two weeks after making payment I receive a call from a lady from CCI who is probably outsourced to see to Woolworths clients who was very rude on the phone and clearly didn't have any respect for me as she was more interested in eating rather than listening or talking to me. A few days later I received another call advising me that my account was over the limit and when I would pay that. I questioned why that was the case as I had paid more than the required amount only for the lady to advise me that interest charges was added to my account long after my statement was made. She requested that I make payment for the overdue with my next instalment to which I agreed. Today I received my monthly updated credit report to find out that my credit score was dropped because of being over limit yet I had agreed to pay that amount on the due date and clearly it was not my fault. How does finance department send out statements and requests clients to pay without adding the interest amount. Are we supposed to thumb suck what the amount is or how stupid your process is that you only add interest after sending statements. Now my credit profile is being impacted negatively because of the incompetence of Woolworths. Further to that, I have sent to emails regarding my query and even asked for someone in finance to contact but have not received any response. Woolworths needs to get back to me as soon as possible or I will be going to the credit ombudsman with this.
