Poor customer service and courtesy

Very disappointed in poor service and lack of respect from Woolworths in Carnival mall Brakpan.I am an essential worker and working in the same premises and was refused to enter and told to queue like other customers when Im still on duty and an essential worker unlike other customers on refusal and asking to speak to the manager they refused and told me this is not other stores it's Woolworths ,this is a message conveyed by a security I'm highly disappointed and of such ignorance and arrogance when all stores are very accommodating because they understand that we are essential workers and are on duty we don't have the luxury of time in our hands to be holding queues this is common sense that Woolworths in Carnival mall does not have
