Poor Customer Service and a Pricing Policy that treats their customers as being stupid

I regularly shop at Sea Point Adelphi Woolworths and I am continually frustrated by the unfriendly staff. No please or thank you at the cashiers desk - barely a smile - just 'have you a Woolworths reward card' Nobody - including management seems to be - conveniently- aware of their policy of - if the item is charged incorrectly - it is free ( They hide this as much as possible throughout the group) In addition it seems that everything is priced at R 29.99/R39.99/R49.99 etc.- who are they trying to fool - or are they just treating their customers as being stupid? The positive is that a lot of their produce is excellent, and not obtainable elsewhere - otherwise I would have stopped shopping at Woolworths a long long time ago
