Poor customer service

I was very disappointed with service I received last night (19:45) at Woolworths The Reef Centre Albemarle Gardens from a lady by the name Nthabiseng, firstly she **** and said the chicken rotisserie was out of stock yet she had just removed them from the warmer as she was cleaning it so I politely asked if I could have it, to my surprise she said it was an old rotisserie chicken that was prepared in the morning. Where as to my surprise when I proceeded To the check of point a lady in front of me had a chicken in her basket when I asked her how she got it she then told me the lady clearing the warmer gave her at her request. Is this how Woolworths customer service is now? Does the staff have the right to deny us certain items to purchase? Am I the customer supposed to accept bad attitude given to me by Nthabiseng? I have never in my life experience such arrogance and disrespect from any Woolworths employee, moreover I am very disappointed and shattered as I am a regular customer of Woolworths the Reef Centre.
