Poor customer service

The level of service I received with my latest order is super pathetic, My order was send back due to me not being available.

1. I requested and changed my number on my profile but it was never completely submitted this has been confirmed by your online department.

2. I was at home the entire week my first order was delivered but my second order was send back because they could not reach me due to your staff not updating the system as they should do

3. I lost a conplete order and must be satisfied with a refund that will also take forever to be processed.

I placed this order on the 27 Nov and we are standing on the 7 Dec, for a upmarket store the lead time and feedback of your staff is pathetic to say the least.

I spend thousands of rands on a monthly basis at your store and this is how you treat your loyal customer.
