Poor customer service

What a horrible customer service my order appeared as delivered on my app when I call the customer service I am advised to wait another 48hrs because on their side it shows wrong address, why not contact if something is wrong , my order was supposed to be delivered on the 8th already. M so disappointed I needed those items to go out this weekend
