Poor customer service

So on the 29/05 I visited Richmond corner. A very nice and small store I thought as I walked in. Got my little things I needed and headed towards the till point. Got the the cashier,she greeted but didn't look in the mood to work. Gave her my store card no question of are you paying with it nothing. She swipe the card,and instead of handing it back to me she placed it on the other side,I then took my card. When it came to paying I swiped my own card and the frontline supervisor saw what I did and raised her eye brows at me.. and I looked at her like what's up with the attitude!!! As I left the till point she called the cashier and the cashier referred to me as She instead of the customer..

I'm utterly disgusted at the way you handled this frontline,please get your staff into a working mood.
