Poor Customer service

After almost 40 years client of Woolworths on 23 December 2023 final purchase. Usually at Christmas time I use my Woolworths credit card. On this day I was so offended when told all credit on the card was cancelled. Reason: handed over for non payment. No monthly statement due to very poor administration services and no customer services. My credit rating is high and to be treated like this after so many years. Woolworths will go the same route as Edgars. Very poor management, very poor administration. Do not know how to treat long term customers. You will not see me or my family again.
