Poor Customer service

Good Day It's Trevor Mwale from Jhb @Newlands, Am one on Woolworths customer, today am with my mother at Woolworths Cresta mall, she the customer and she's got an account with Woolworths, we bought some staff and paid by the account as she has an account with Woolworths, the cashier by the name of Sizakele she was the one assisting us where she made a mistake of processing the transaction in a wrong way were it was card plus cash, then she proceeded the card, when she need to process the cash, their the problem came, the ladie by the name of khanyesile came to assist which still she could not help were it took me 3 hours waiting for the meter to be resolved, the manager by the name of Sizwe came and he could help too. These up to no good with the service
