Poor customer service

I went to Woolworths in Paarl Mall Customer Service Desk on the 04/03/2015 to collect the shoes I ordered from another Woolworths branch. At their customer service counter one cashier was assisting a customer. The other cashiers were chatting and flatly ignoring me. I had to wait for the cashier who was busy till she was done with her customer. Eileen Van Der Merwe apologised for the wait as she could see from the time she was busy with her customer how long I had to wait. Soon as there were white clients who came after me they were quickly assisted by the very same cashiers who ignored me. This is not the first time this happened at this very same Woolworths in Paarl Mall. It is such a shame and disappointment in this day and era that customers get service based on the colour of their skin especially for such a big retail store. I spend so much money every month at this store as I buy from groceries to clothes but I haven't experienced no good customer services that one expect to match Woolworths brand name.
