Poor customer Service

Collected my gold card on saturday and requested my cellphone number to be updated. It was not. Called Monday the 27th told them i still cant make online purchases OTP goes to my old number. Tried to purchase again today otp sent to old number. Your service is really pathetic. Im highly dissapointed.
