Poor Customer Service

I am very disappointed with the customer service my mother received from a consultant named Lwan. He said he was calling from Woolworths. The number he called from is ***. He was shouting and calling us names, I need this person dismissed with immediate effect because there is absolutely no way you communicate with a client in that manner. He is *****ing Woolworths brand and surely you do not need employees that are not going to represent your brand well. You prompt response will highly be appreciated.
