Poor customer service

I have been calling the call centre to close my account ,I spoke to 4 agent it’s from Monday one help me they keep on saying we don’t see your payment calls the next day, they don’t bother to follow up , one said I paid extra I need to go speed the credit then call again , I did that then was told to call tomorrow
