Poor customer service

Today I went to the mooirivier mall store I was at the chicken section the lady Nombolela was serving so I asked her about the pies and she said she need to take them out of the oven first I then ask her could she please give me two pepper stake pies when she's done. I waited to 5-10 minutes only for her to serve two white people before me while I waited and asked her nicely. My problem is she ignored the fact that I asked her to give me two pies when she's done taking them out the oven. Her customers service was very poor. I didn't appreciate what she did at all and I am very dissatisfied with her way she handle customers.
