Poor customer service

I'm so disappointed with the services I received from Eastgate Woolworths.<br> On Saturday I came to woollies to do some shopping while I was paying my bank card declined but it was deducting money from my account. I thought my card had issue to update the payment to Woolworth's system. I ask Lerato to keep my shopping pack and will come on Sunday to pay it.<br> When I come on Sunday my shopping pack was distributing to the floor and no one was willing to take ownership to help me or admit the mistake. I end up leaving the on the floor and when back to do shopping again. Mind you, my shopping list was a lot.<br> I'm a loyal Woolworth's customer and I think spend R3000 every month doing my shopping there.<br>
