Poor Customer Service

My domestic worker was humiliated in front of staff and customers when she attempted returning a dress which I had bought for her. She was told by the customer service personell in full view of everyone that the dress (which she had only worn to fit) had a bad smell and could not be taken back. He then proceeded to call his manager who called her manager while they handled the dress like it contained the plague. (By this time I had arrived to find out why she was taking so long) I was so hurt for her and embarrassed by all this. The lady then told the customer service personnel (in hearing distance of other people) that the dress would be taken back but should not be taken straight to the floor. It was all very unnecessary and not in line with everything that I thought Woolies stood for. I will NOT be shopping at this branch again.
