Poor customer service

woolworths sammy martks PTA has poor customer service, I shop there almost everyday during peak hours. they have long queues but they only open two tills to assist customers. you will find other cashiers walking around doing nothing. Please improve and open more tills from 15H00 as it gets more busy around that time.
