Poor customer service

Was not told to present my I. D nor drivers license ce upon replacing my card. Asked the cashiers to keep it one side as I will comeback with my license we were busy doing our rounds in the mall. I advised I'd be coming back just before we exit entrance 2. This is Woolworth somerset mall. For me just coming from a few sick days to have this treatment is beyond upsetting. Is this your level of customer service. We are expected to pay our accounts on time but vital information is not communicated.
