Poor Customer Service

In error, I failed to obtain the names of the employees.<br> <br> I visited the self service kiosk on the ground floor or Cradlestone Woolworths. I was able to source information regarding my account from the station however wanted to call the call centre using the phone provided. An employee attempted to assist in getting through to the call centre however there seemed to be a problem with the line. There is an office with massive letters asking \How can we be of assistance?"There was a gentleman in the office with another employee I believe"
