Poor Customer Service

Poor customer service Takes them months to replace a card and get it functional, i mean why one be embarrased before being assisted accordingly? Very dissapointed considering how established the brand is.

I really didnt find relevancy in your consultant requesting a valid drivers license? My ID number, Initials and surname are there, what does the validity of my drivers license have to do with your credit facility?
